Located about 20 miles north of Puerto Barrios, and accessible only by boat, Punta Manabique has some of the nicest, unspoiled beaches in Guatemala.  Highly recommended is Pirate's Point, a good spot for swimming and also a great place for divers to explore an underwater shipwreck.  Boat trips can also be arranged to visit small villages and other beaches.

HOW TO GET HERE: There is not a regularly scheduled boat that takes you here. You will have to either hire a boat or take a tour offer by some of the tour companies.
